3. Zipper placket print – only one usable strip per panel, rest discarded.

4. Pocket panel prints – two small matching cuts per panel, rest discarded.

This high standard results in significant material loss and high labor cost. The jacket features 8 premium YKK zippers in three different models (main placket: No.5 resin zipper; pockets and sleeves: No.3 resin zippers; interior: reverse metal zippers). Professional waterproof coating on both fabric and zippers delivers top-tier weather protection, while a soft inner lining provides warmth and breathability.
