Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At HYPEKIXK, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for every customer.
Before every order is shipped, HYPEKIXK provides a Quality Control check to ensure that the item is correct and in proper condition. Where applicable, we may also provide Quality Control photos for customer review before dispatch.
Due to the nature of our products and because QC checks are completed before shipping, all sales are considered final once the customer has received the item and confirmed its condition. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
1. Returns
Returns are only accepted if HYPEKIXK made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong size, color, or model.
If you receive an item that does not match your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Return requests made after this 24-hour period will not be accepted.

Please provide your order details, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be caused by an error made by HYPEKIXK.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and product components must be included.
- The packaging must not be damaged, missing, or altered.
- Sale items and pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.
- Items returned in used, damaged, incomplete, or unacceptable condition will not be accepted.
HYPEKIXK reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above requirements.
3. Proof Requirement
To protect both the customer and HYPEKIXK, we strongly recommend taking a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel.
The video should clearly show:
- the unopened parcel before opening;
- the waybill or shipping label;
- the item received;
- the size, color, model, and condition of the item;
- any issue or mistake with the order.
Photos may also be submitted, but video proof is strongly recommended for faster verification.
Without sufficient proof, HYPEKIXK may be unable to approve your return, refund, or exchange request.
4. Return Process
If your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us.
The returned parcel must include the item in its original condition, together with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and product components.
Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will inspect the item. If the item meets our return requirements, we will proceed with the approved refund or exchange process.
HYPEKIXK will only process the refund after the returned parcel has been received and inspected.
5. Refunds
All approved refunds will be issued in the form of HYPEKIXK website credit only.
We do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, card refunds, or refunds to the original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Website credit will be credited to your registered HYPEKIXK account and can be used for your next order.
HYPEKIXK website credit:
- has no expiry date;
- has no minimum spend requirement;
- can be used for future purchases on our website;
- cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Credit for Unprocessed Orders
For orders that have not yet been processed or shipped, customers may be eligible to receive a refund in the form of HYPEKIXK website credit.
Once approved, the credit will be added to your registered account and may be used for future purchases.
Website credit issued for unprocessed orders also has no expiry date and no minimum spend requirement.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if HYPEKIXK made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong size, color, or model.
We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as:
- change of mind;
- wrong size selected by the customer;
- preference changes;
- customer ordering the wrong item;
- minor differences in color due to lighting or screen display;
- any reason unrelated to an error made by HYPEKIXK.
If an exchange is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition before a replacement item is arranged.
8. Quality Control Before Shipping
Before dispatching an order, HYPEKIXK conducts a Quality Control check to help ensure the item is correct and ready for shipment.
Please make sure that the contact details provided during checkout are accurate and contactable. Our admin team will send the QC photos and product confirmation to you through WhatsApp before shipping.
Customers are required to review the QC photos carefully once they are sent. If there is any issue or if you need to request a change to the color, model, or size, you must inform us within the same day the QC photos are sent.
If we do not receive any response or change request within the same day, the item may proceed for shipment based on the order details and QC confirmation.
Once the item has passed QC, been approved where applicable, shipped, received, and confirmed to be in proper condition, the sale is considered final.
9. Important Notes
HYPEKIXK reserves the right to decline any return, refund, or exchange request if:
- the request is submitted after the allowed time period;
- the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements;
- the item is used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or incomplete;
- the request is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest;
- insufficient proof is provided;
- the issue was not caused by an error made by HYPEKIXK.
HYPEKIXK is not required to disclose detailed reasons for unsuccessful return, refund, or exchange requests.
